Could this be you or what you're experiencing? It is a tough conversation to have with yourself, but you really have to sit down and ask yourself "is this me or my grief?" And it is more than okay not to be sure..... there's more.🤍

Take the time to understand what your mind is trying to process. A lot of the time grieving can feel like heart break, WATCH the short clip above to learn more of what's mentally and physically happening to the body during the stages of grief.

Now that you know the first couple of steps, what is your next move? Remaining in the state you are in is simply not an option. Talk to your LiveWell Companion about different options you have when it comes to seeking help outside of the homecare agency, like you doctor, religious leader and/or family members, etc.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief does not always unfold in orderly, predictable stages. It can be an emotional rollercoaster, with unpredictable highs, lows, and setbacks. Everyone grieves differently, here at LiveWell we make life easier in this time of need. Do not wait until it is too late, we want to hold your hand while your world turns in a new direction...Together. 🤍
