What services do I need? Our Living Well Home Care staff is experienced at asking the appropriate questions to determine the services you need and the skill level required to best manage your case. Once you have chosen us to provide service to your loved one, our nurse will visit with the client and family members to assess the situation more closely and to write a detailed Care Plan.

Is the company's management team experienced and available at all times? With years of experience in the home health field, our knowledge regarding home health is extensive. We are committed to providing reliable, competent and affordable home care staff. If you need to speak with us, we are only a phone call away 24 hours a day, every day.

Are the people coming into my home competent? All potential employees must meet the following requirements before they can be considered for employment:

  • Submission of current license and/or certification for verification
  • Criminal background checks
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Passing grades on written test
  • Written references

Does the company provide back-up coverage if the scheduled worker cannot come to work? We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. At no time will our client be left unattended during prearranged schedules.

Are the workers insured while working in my home? All staff members are full insured according to the laws in the state of Ohio.
